S4P has been working in close partnership with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) to strengthen and operationalize Knowledge Management across IFAD-funded projects, campaigns, and country programs. This collaboration has focused on enhancing how knowledge is systematically captured, curated, and shared, ensuring that learning becomes a continuous and purposeful process that informs programming at all levels.

S4P has achieved this by laying the groundwork to embed KM into implementation and fostering a culture of reflection and adaptive learning, ultimately enabling evidence-informed decision-making.
